By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update and change these terms of service at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. All content on this website, including images, designs, and products, are the property of BAGGS and the creator and are protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of this content is a “no-no”, in other words: strictly prohibited.

INTERNATIONAL VAT & CUSTOMS DUTY

If you are purchasing from a country whose borders charge duty on imported merchandise, you will be asked to pay for this import fee by the postal service upon delivery.

Refusal to pay duty will result in the product being shipped back to us. If it arrives safely, we will refund you for the piece minus any additional cost of return shipping. However, if the package is abandoned because of refusal to pay duty, we are unable to refund you for the lost goods. If the piece is returned damaged or broken we will not be able to refund you for the lost goods. Pieces are often mishandled when moving in and out of customs and we do not advise relying on the safe return of the product, as they are often lost or damaged when refused at delivery.
